Miller Value Partners (MVP) is an investment management firm that specializes in transparent, flexible, and long-term investing for the next generation of active investors. MVP wanted to revamp their branding and website to reflect their growth as well as the introduction of a new era of their business. Part of my role was designing 100 custom illustrations to be featured as thumbnails for their blog posts. Following the new creative direction that Hart & Vine established for MVP’s brand identity, I created illustrations for categories including: market commentary, deep value strategy, income strategy, investing, and analyst research.
Using my research from the current financial landscape, I designed collage-style illustrations with texture and pops of MVP’s signature orange to show that they are paving the way for the next generation of investors by offering their unique perspective. I also included black and white images as a nod to their strong foundational values that has led to their company’s advancement.
